     Please be advised that the Federal Fair Housing Law as 
amended in 1988 precludes landlords from discriminating against 
tenants that are handicapped.  Refusing to rent to persons with a 
handicap or providing persons with a handicap with different 
services, different access to use of the premises, or charging more 
rent 
based on the person being disabled, all are prohibited.

The Federal 
Fair Housing Law permits me to modify the unit and accessibility 
to the building at my own expense if it is necessary for me to be 
able to rent there.  The property owner cannot refuse me the 
right to modify the premises.

     I feel that my rights under the Federal Fair Housing Law
