from the Cleveland Water Department that the water service to 
this building will be shut off for non-payment on___________.

     This letter will serve as notice under ORC 5321.07 that we 
will deposit our rent and take other legal action if the utility 
bill is not paid by the time our next rent is due.

     Cleveland Codified Ordinance 535.14 permits tenants to 
maintain water services by depositing their rents with the Clerk 
of Courts and asking the Court to pay the utility bills from the 
deposited funds.

     We anticipate that you will take prompt action to pay the 
outstanding water bill.
