     This notice is to remind you that under Section 5321.05 of 
the Ohio Revised Code, a tenant must conduct herself/himself, and 
require other persons on the premises with consent, to conduct 
themselves in a manner that does not prevent the neighbors' 
peaceful enjoyment of the premises.

     Additionally, Cleveland City Ordinance 605.10 makes it an 
offense for anyone in the City of Cleveland to create noise that 
may be disturbing to others, particularly between the hours of 
10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.  I believe you have violated these  
requirements because of the following condition(s):
