Lead Disclosure

Both Federal and local laws require that owners of properties built before 1978 must give prospective tenants a written statement of any known lead hazards and a pamphlet on lead poisoning. There are some exceptions. Call National Lead Information Clearinghouse at: 800-424-LEAD for forms.
